About the role

Are you a people person with an exceptional telephone manner? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, patient driven environment? We’re looking for a confident Enquiries Administrator to become the friendly professional voice of ADHD360.

What You’ll Do

  • First point of contact handling incoming calls, with warmth, clarity and efficiency
  • Respond to emails, live chats
  • Liaise with the clinical team to help with patient enquires maintaining a calm, patient focused approach

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a call centre or high volume enquiries environment
  • A natural communicator with excellent listening skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple enquiry channels
  • Proactive, organised and able to work on your own initiative, yet be a key part of a successful team
  • Friendly, professional and committed to delivering a great service
