Full job description

We are looking for a School Business Administrator to join our education administration team. This role will be based in our Endeavour House School, Ilford.

Your role will be varied in our school. You will complete all administrative tasks and interact with our children on a daily basis, so a child-centred approach is key for this role.

As our school administrator, you will provide full administrative support to the school and its day-to-day needs, ensuring compliance across all record-keeping and administrative tasks associated with running the education provisions efficiently and meeting the required standards. You will also have the opportunity to act as the school's Health and Safety Representative, liaising with contractors and ensuring services are kept up to date.

This role also includes reception and general enquiries, supporting the head teacher with diary management, and welcoming and greeting visitors to our school.

You will be key in keeping the records up to date for all children and staff. Five Rivers Child Care offers an alternative educational provision to children aged 6 – 18. Our 1Ace provision provides 1-2-1 or small groups for children who cannot attend mainstream school.

You will be part of the wider network of school business administrators, where you will receive support from your peers and a full induction from our school business manager.
