E-Commerce & Warehouse Coordinator

Paint Stop Ltd – High Wycombe

£31,590 per year (approx / negotiable) | Full-time | Permanent

£13.50 per hour | 45 hours a week | 5 days a week (Working every other Saturday, day off in the week when working Saturday)

Paint Stop Ltd is an independent decorating merchant with a busy e-commerce operation selling across multiple online platforms with a large turnover of stock. We are looking for an experienced Online Sales Manager to oversee our online operations and warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day online sales operations across multiple marketplaces.
  • Lead and support a team small team of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
  • Oversee customer service enquiries and resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and maintain high service standards.
  • Manage warehouse organisation, stock control and fulfilment processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across online and warehouse operations.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director, Digital Content Manager and store team.

About You:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales or fulfilment management.
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Linnworks is highly desirable.
  • Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay necessary.
  • Knowledge of Decorating & DIY products preferable.
