Company Overview:
The Creightons Plc group is made up of a select group of brands specialising in the creation of high-quality personal care and beauty products for the consumer and trade market. Potter + Moore Innovations Ltd is the key trading company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and focuses on the design, manufacture and distribution of product in its three key operating functions; Brands (owned), Private Label Supply and Contract Manufacturing. Our customer base ranges from key multiple drugstore, grocery and fashion retailers to premium brands and are supplied throughout the UK and growing international markets. We have a reputation for exceptional customer service, consistently leading the way forward in product and brand development and manufacturing resulting in Creightons Plc not only leading the way but setting standards.
The Role:
We are looking for a commercially minded Junior Amazon Executive with 1-2 years experience in digital marketing to manage and grow our presence across several established haircare and skincare brands. You will own the full Amazon picture — from listings and content through to advertising, performance analysis, and operational troubleshooting — using data and creativity in equal measure to drive visibility, conversion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Listings: Build and optimise product listings with strong copy, imagery, A+ Content, and Brand Stores. Implement SEO strategies to maximise organic visibility, and work with the creative team and AI-driven tools to keep digital assets sharp and brand-consistent.
Advertising & Campaign Management: Plan and execute PPC campaigns to drive sales and engagement. Manage budgets, optimise for ROAS, and build dynamic campaigns for NPD launches and seasonal moments using performance data and AI-generated content.
Sales & Performance Analysis Track and report on sales, conversion, and traffic using Amazon Analytics, Helium 10, and Excel. Identify growth drivers, flag risks early, and make clear, data-led recommendations. Benchmark regularly to stay ahead of the competition.
Operations & Compliance Keep listings healthy — resolving suppressions, compliance issues, and policy violations efficiently. Monitor customer reviews and act on insight.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience managing Amazon Vendor or Seller Central, with solid knowledge of SEO, paid media, and eCommerce best practices. Confident with data and comfortable in Excel. Experience in health and beauty is a plus, but curiosity, commercial instinct, and a drive to improve performance matter just as much as category knowledge.
You are proactive rather than reactive — someone who spots an opportunity or a problem before being told about it, and gets on with fixing or building it. Organised, analytical, and collaborative, you'll work closely with Brand Managers, Design, and Supply Chain to get things done.
Who We Are & How We Work:
We are a growing, commercially focused business with a straightforward culture: we back people who take ownership, move with purpose, and focus on solutions. The team is collaborative and down-to-earth — people share knowledge, support each other, and get stuck in across whatever needs doing.
We work at pace, but we are structured enough to give people real clarity on what they own and what success looks like. You will have genuine responsibility from the start, working across multiple brands with real visibility into performance and impact. We are flexible in how we work, pragmatic about process, and always looking for smarter ways to do things.
If you are motivated by seeing the direct results of your work, enjoy a varied role, and want to grow within a team that's serious about eCommerce, this is a good place to do it.
What We Can Offer You:
Competitive Salary & Benefits: We believe in rewarding the hard work and dedication of our employees with a comprehensive compensation package. Our standard benefits include Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Employee Benefits Platform to name a few.- Dynamic Work Environment: Be part of a vibrant, collaborative team where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
- Career Growth: Take advantage of clear career pathways, mentorship opportunities, and the chance to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Inclusive Culture: Join a diverse and inclusive workplace where different perspectives are valued, and everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
