Full job description

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to work with us in our busy six surgery, independent dental practice located in Cromer, Norfolk. We are situated in a beautiful location along the North Norfolk coast. We are just a short distance from Cromer train station which makes us easily accessible from a wide range of locations. We have a staff car park and the roads around the practice are all available for free, all day parking.

Our dental practice has been established for over 100 years. We are predominately private offering Practice Plan dental plans. We offer a wide variety of dental services including dental hygienists on site, orthodontic and implant treatment. We use digital x-rays and also have a CBCT machine and a dental scanner. We are fully computerised and use SOE Exact, along with Clinipads and Patient Portal.

We have a fantastic team, many of which have worked with us for many years. Several of our nurses have completed additional qualifications such as OHE, radiography and dental photography.

Full time hours are available (Monday-Friday) but part time hours would be considered.

Some of the duties you would be completing as part of your role are:

- Perform dental examinations and provide comprehensive oral health care to patients
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions and diseases
- Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients
- Administer local anaesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

50% split on any private work completed.
