About the people and their home
We support adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy in their small, person‑centred home. Each person we support needs and goals are identified through personalised planning, ensuring they remain at the centre of every decision. People are encouraged to take part in community activities, explore new interests and shape their own routines.
Keyworker sessions help individuals set goals and discuss progress, with meetings held in their preferred communication style. People we support also choose their own keyworker to ensure trusting, meaningful support. Individuals are assisted with health appointments, annual checks and safe medication management, including storage and regular reviews.
Support focuses on promoting independence and choice — from deciding how to spend their time to choosing their own daily routines, such as when to wake up or go to bed. Families are encouraged to be involved, and our team receive ongoing training and development to ensure high‑quality, respectful and person‑centred support.
About you
New to social care? That’s OK! As long as you’re ready to learn, we provide full training to ensure you can provide the best possible support
If you have the qualities and interests that align with people we support, we can’t wait for you to apply!
We regularly review our job adverts to ensure they reflect current hiring needs. In some cases, adverts may close earlier than the stated deadline if we receive sufficient applications or the role is filled. Conversely, some adverts may remain open beyond the original closing date until the position is successfully filled. This approach helps us attract the best talent while maintaining flexibility in our recruitment process.
To ensure fair consideration and timely progression, internal applicants should submit their applications no later than the end of the first week after the role is advertised. Applications received after this point may not be guaranteed review.
