Calling all aspiring Software Developers! We have a fantastic role available now with client looking to grow their team!
Baltic Apprenticeships are back in partnership with LM Global who are specialists in providing communications and business systems to SME, mid-market, enterprise and public sector organisations. Allowing organisations to work anywhere, productively and securely. LM Global are also keen for the successful candidate to potential enrol onto a higher level apprenticeship upon successful completion of the Level 3, meaning there is career progression already in place!
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 4 Software Development Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps
Be involved in IOS & Android Development Projects
Create automated workflows with Power Automate for process optimization.
Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for applications.
Integrate Power Platform applications with other services and data sources.
Maintain detailed documentation for applications.
Provide training, support, and user education for effective application utilisation.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£16,000 -£20,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
25 days holiday including bank holidays
Potential opportunity for a full-time job role upon completion
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Grade 6 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
Great communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Understanding of Objective C, Swift, C++and C#
Good time management skills

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Software Developer.
