This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, school avoidance, and other additional learning needs.

Whether you are a recent graduate, teaching assistant, sports coach, youth worker, mentor, counsellor-in-training, or looking for a meaningful career change, we will provide the training, mentoring, and funded qualification pathway to help you become an outstanding SEN professional.

The Role

As a Trainee SEN Tutor, you will:

  • Support learners on a 1:1 and small-group basis

  • Work alongside experienced SEN professionals and mentors
