At Marston Day Nursery, we’re looking for an Apprentice who’s ready to dive into the wonderful (and occasionally glittery) world of Early Years. You will earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside an amazing team who’ll support your growth every step of the way.

What you will be doing (besides singing nursery rhymes with confidence):

• Learning the ropes while helping create magical learning experiences for children
• Supporting little explorers through their physical, social, and emotional adventures
• Building warm, secure relationships as part of our key person approach
• Keeping children safe, happy, and thriving with the full support of your team
• Discovering how play sparks imagination (and occasionally, a bit of mess!)
• Working towards your Early Years qualification with guidance from people who truly care

About the Role
