Job Summary

We are looking to recruit a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our Human Resources Department. This is great opportunity to earn a salary and gain a qualification whilst gathering workplace skills and experience. provide

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will combine on-the-job training whilst studying towards the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship with our training provider, Coastland College (based at Weymouth).

Alongside your apprentice studies, you will be taking on the role of HR Administrator. This role will gain you experience in personnel administration, payroll preparation, absence management records, and file management.

Ideally you will have good communication skills, combined with competent IT skills, accurate data entry along with a good attention to detail. However, we are happy to support you to reach those goals if you are highly motivated and have the desire to learn and succeed.

Location

This role will be based in Blandford, and you will be required to commute to the post code DT11 7TG.

Duties & Responsibilities

· General human resources administration, filing, and update of employee records.

· Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll information.

· Administer time management information.

· Maintain and administer Human Resources electronic spread sheets and data bases.

· Maintain confidentiality and process data in line with GDPR.

Experience:

· GSCE (or equivalent) in Maths and English, required.

· Experience of administrative skills, desirable.

· Strong attention to detail.

· A professional can-do attitude and a commitment to confidentiality.

· Confident in using IT systems and competent in using Microsoft Office e.g. Word and Excel.

Pay: £8.00 per hour
