WHO WE ARE
Apprentify Group is a portfolio of six companies, each with its own culture, personality and people. Across the group we support around 10,000 learners a year and we're scaling fast, including a growing AI apprenticeship programme helping working professionals build real capability with the tools reshaping their industries. Do you believe there's a better way to build a career? If so, Apprentify could be the place for you. We need someone ready to coach working professionals through applied AI, helping them build real capability in the tools and thinking that are reshaping their industries.
Do you believe there's a better way to build a career? If so, Apprentify could be the place for you. We're on a mission to make apprenticeships the go-to path into great careers.
We need someone ready to coach working professionals through applied AI, helping them build real capability in the tools and thinking that are reshaping their industries.
THE QUICK FACTS
Location: Remote-first, UK. Occasional travel for company events and onboarding.
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start: Immediate or near-term
DBS check required for all candidates
Programmes: Level 3 and Level 4 AI apprenticeship programmes
LIFE IN THE ROLE
Forget the long list of duties. Here's what your days actually look like.
Your first coffee: you'll start the day reviewing where your learners are- checking progress notes, prepping sessions, and responding to apprentices who need support before the day picks up.
The real work: Most of your time is spent coaching apprentices through the practical application of AI tools in their actual jobs, and managing the documentation that keeps the programme compliant and on track.
A learner goes off-script. A business changes direction. A tool updates overnight. It moves fast, sometimes gets messy, but it's never boring.
The environment: fully remote. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be expected to own your learners' progress from day one. Apprentify is a scale-up, which means processes are still being built and things evolve quickly. The people who thrive here see that as an opportunity, not a problem.
TEAM & CULTURE
You'll join the Delivery team. Specialists who care deeply about learner outcomes, aren't afraid to flag what isn't working, and move quickly when something needs to change.
Reports to: Performance Manager – Delivery
Management style: Clear expectations, genuine autonomy over how you get there
What we value:
→ Curiosity over perfection
→ Progress over polish
→ People who take ownership without being asked
The honest hard bit: The admin load is real. Ofsted-regulated delivery requires thorough documentation. If you understand governance and can build it into your rhythm, you'll be fine. If you need to be persuaded that paperwork matters, this probably isn't the right fit.
✅ IS THIS FOR YOU?
✔ You have proven experience delivering training, coaching or facilitation
✔ You have hands-on experience with AI tools in a business context and can talk about it credibly
✔ You can make complex concepts easy to understand for non-technical people
✔ You're comfortable operating in a startup environment, ambiguity included
✔ Bonus: you have experience delivering apprenticeships
This is NOT for you if:
✘ You need a step-by-step guide for every task
✘ You prefer slow, predictable work
✘ Your AI experience is theoretical only
✘ You see documentation as someone else's problem
✘ You need a fully structured corporate environment to do your best work
