Full job description

Baltic are working with Sozo Marketing to provide them with their next Marketing Executive Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to kickstart their career in digital marketing within a fast-paced agency environment. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, video editing, graphic design, photography, and client communication. Working closely with the team, you will support the delivery of engaging campaigns while developing your skills and growing your understanding of marketing strategy and execution.

A Typical Day in the Job:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across multiple digital platforms.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Edit short-form videos and campaign content tailored for social media and digital marketing channels.

Design creative graphics for both digital and print materials while adhering to brand guidelines.

Capture high-quality photography content for campaigns, events, and social media use.

Liaise directly with clients to manage briefs, present creative ideas, provide project updates, and ensure objectives are met.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organisation, creativity, and a high standard of work.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£18,000 to £20,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm

4:30pm finish on Friday

28-days holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Some experience or interest in photography and creating visual content for marketing purposes.

Ability to communicate effectively and support client or stakeholder relationships

Creative mindset with enthusiasm for generating new ideas and marketing content

Good organisational skills with the ability to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)

Use of digital tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, or Adobe Creative Suite, with a willingness to learn and develop further.

Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 4/C in GCSE English

This Level 4 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
