Job description- Vehicle Mechanic Apprentice

OC Motor Repairs Ltd is an accident repair centre that is part of the One Call Group of companies. It has been established for over 10 years, and is a group of insurance approved vehicle repair centres, working to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. We specialise in car body repairs and accident crash repairs.

We are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle and Car Mechanic Apprentice to join our team and deliver the best customer service to our clients.

Work Hours: 7am- 5.30pm Mon-Fri

Place of Work: Houghton Road,
North Anston Trading Estate,
Sheffield,
S25 4JJ

Salary: £10 per hour

The ideal Candidate will have:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and using your own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maintaining a high standard whilst working under pressure
  • Completing each task within the time frame given

Duties Include

  • Ability to service all aspects of mechanical components of cars and small trucks
  • Identifying the extent of damage
  • Accessing and removing damaged components
  • Installing new components
  • Using welding and soldering equipment
  • Ensuring the vehicle is in working order
