Apprentice Property Sales Consultant
Salary: £18,000 per year plus travel allowance and uncapped bonus and commission

Your day-to-day role:
- Manage a portfolio of buyers and sellers
- Deal with all incoming sales leads via email, telephone, or in person
- Conduct property viewings at client homes
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other agents
- Handle negotiations and manage offers
- Match clients with suitable properties
- Keep the CRM system up to date
- Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed

What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communicator; confident and clear in speech and writing
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Skilled at negotiation and persuasion
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Tech-savvy; confident using CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and valid business insurance
