We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for software development, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. You don't need to know everything already – we're looking for potential, enthusiasm and a desire to grow.

Meet with staff & board members to discuss requirements of new & existing apps or websites.
Backup all applications & user data on different servers.

Plan & estimate requirements for new components/applications.
Follow all coding practices & guidelines set by team.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
Passion for Software.

Learn to create, test, and implement code as part of a professional software development team.
With our unique apprenticeship programme, you'll build an impressive range of coding skills – and learn to thrive as a junior developer.
