The Role

We're looking for a creative, highly organised Marketing Executive who can use AI (specifically Claude Code) to run multiple marketing streams at national and international scale: PPC, SEO, social and direct mail.

This is a hands-on, autonomous office-based role. You'll own B2B and B2C strategy across our UK operations and international partner network: creating the content, running the campaigns, reading the data and building the brand. You'll also help us push further the in-house AI marketing tools we've already built, researching and improving what they can do.

It suits someone who has worked in a start-up or SME, is comfortable moving fast, and wants to shape a marketing function rather than inherit one.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Design

• Create visual assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
• Design and deliver CRM email campaigns in HubSpot — sequences, workflows, multi-territory landing pages and list management — keeping brand and data consistent
• Manage website content, blog posts and SEO-optimised materials using LLM-assisted workflows

Digital Marketing & Social

• Build and run weekly, monthly and annual content calendars with Claude Code
• Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and report on what's working
• Run SEO strategy and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, paid social) with AI-assisted workflows
• Track and report on marketing KPIs, Google Analytics and ROI

Partner & B2B Marketing

• Manage relationships with B2B partners and support their local campaigns
• Grow the B2B marketing network

Strategy & Planning

• Interpret GA4 data and turn it into clear recommendations
• Build and manage marketing budgets against trackable ROI
• Research market trends, competitor activity and audience insight
• Coordinate external agencies and suppliers against agreed objectives

What You'll Bring to The JobL

Essential

• 1–2+ years in a marketing, business, design or communications role — or 4+ years' equivalent experience in place of formal qualifications
• A degree, HND or apprenticeship in marketing, business or computer science (or a combination)
• Working proficiency with design tools eg: Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• A strong grasp of what AI can and can't do in marketing, and the judgement to keep it under control
• Hands-on experience building or running agentic AI workflows; you can show us what you've built
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a real talent for engaging, creative copy
• A sharp eye for detail and design, and the temperament for a fast-paced environment
• Practical experience of SEO principles
• Experience running, optimising and reporting on PPC campaigns, and working in GA4

Nice to have

• Start-up or SME background
• Experience marketing into luxury, wellness, architecture or design audiences
• Exposure to international or multi-territory campaigns

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
