This is a unique opportunity to join an established French luxury jewellery Maison as it launches its first London concession.

We are looking for someone who is much more than a traditional retail manager. We want a true brand ambassador – someone with natural presence, impeccable personal style and the ability to bring a brand's story, creativity and craftsmanship to life for every customer.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in launching and developing a beautiful new jewellery destination within a prestigious Central London luxury environment.

From day one, you will help establish the identity of the space, build a loyal clientele and create an experience that feels authentic to the Maison.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a small team to deliver an exceptional luxury experience
• Becoming the face and ambassador of the Maison
• Creating genuine relationships with local and international clients
• Driving sales and consistently achieving commercial targets
• Building and developing a loyal client book
• Bringing energy, personality and creativity to the customer experience
• Sharing the story, craftsmanship and inspiration behind the jewellery
• Using your knowledge of fashion, styling and luxury to create memorable client experiences
• Supporting events, activations and opportunities to drive traffic and sales
• Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Overseeing stock, deliveries, replenishment and inventory
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to grow the business
• Coaching and developing your team, creating a positive and inspiring environment
• Playing a hands-on role in the launch and long-term development of the concession

We're Looking for Someone Who...

This role is all about personality, presence and passion as well as experience.

You will ideally have:

• Proven management experience within luxury jewellery, fashion, accessories or premium retail
• A genuine passion for jewellery, fashion, design and craftsmanship
• A strong understanding of the luxury customer
• A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results
• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Natural confidence and charisma
• A strong personal sense of style and an eye for aesthetics
• The ability to effortlessly connect with different types of clients
• Experience coaching, motivating and developing a team
• Excellent organisational and operational skills
• Confidence working with an international clientele
• A creative and entrepreneurial approach to retail
• Additional languages such as French, Italian, Arabic or Mandarin would be highly advantageous
