Join Our Team


We're hiring a Restaurant Manager at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort to oversee our popular quick-service outlets comprising a variety of coffee shops, and we're looking for ambitious Assistant Managers or Managers looking for experience in multi-unit management ready to take the next step in their career!

A Day in the Life


  • Leading your team to deliver excellent guest service and smooth daily operations
  • Supporting the team to provide great menu knowledge and confidently manage allergen or dietary needs
  • Taking ownership of internal and external audit requirements
  • Driving team engagement, training, and development to build capability and confidence
  • Managing labour, stock, and equipment ordering in line with budget
  • Gaining valuable exposure to menu development, business planning, and project support alongside senior management
