As part of a growing technical team, you'll play a key role in delivering residential projects ranging from small developments to large multi-phase schemes, working alongside architects, contractors, project managers and clients to bring designs to life.

The Role

  • Produce construction issue details, sections, elevations and manufacturing drawings.
  • Manage your own portfolio of projects from concept through to completion.
  • Develop technical solutions that meet current building regulations and project specifications.
  • Liaise with architects, contractors, project managers and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in an Architectural Technician, Architectural Designer or similar technical role.
  • Strong AutoCAD skills.
  • Good understanding of current building regulations.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience within façades, glazing or residential construction would be advantageous.
  • Revit/BIM experience is desirable but not essential.
