Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our expanding team. In this role, you will lead the design and planning of diverse construction projects, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and project managers. Your expertise will help bring innovative architectural solutions to life, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and ArchiCAD.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and visualizations to communicate design intent effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and negotiate design modifications that align with project goals.
  • Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural and mechanical systems.
  • Oversee project progress through site visits, ensuring designs are executed accurately during construction phases.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets through effective project management practices.
  • Prepare presentation materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch to showcase design concepts compellingly.

Skills

  • Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, NavisWorks, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and on-site building practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Experience in joinery design and detailed knowledge of interior finishes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Solid project management skills to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables from conception through completion.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and collaborating across teams.
