- Prepare and manage architectural documentation, drawing registers, and records required for permits, construction, and as-builts.

- Assist in selecting suitable materials and systems that meet performance, cost, and design objectives.

- Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.

- Maintain design consistency and quality across all projects by enforcing company standards and best practices.

Requirements

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other design software; strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, and external consultants.

- Ability to identify design conflicts, coordinate resolutions, and maintain high design standards.

- Capable of analyzing design issues and proposing practical solutions in line with project timelines and budgets.

- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

- 5+ years in architectural roles, preferably within a residential construction or design- build environment
