Architectural Photographer / Floor planner -Oxted
Salary - £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Bagshaw and Hardy are a property marketing company based in Surrey. We specialise in providing photography, floor plans, EPC’s and marketing details to estate agents, property developers and architects across Surrey and the surrounding counties.
We are looking for a property photographer / floor planner to join our Surrey based team on a FULL TIME basis. We are offering a competitive package including a minimum starting salary of £26,000 per annum + bonuses and a company pension scheme. We supply all photography equipment and cover motoring expenses.
All applicants will need to:
- Have 2 years professional architectural photography experience, able to demonstrate exceptional photography skills
- Be an ambitious, hard working, enthusiastic and talented photographer
- Have exceptional communication, time management and organisational skills
- Be innovative and willing to contribute towards the ongoing expansion of the company
- Have a full UK driving license and own a reliable car
- Live within 30 minutes drive of Oxted
What we offer:
- A minimum starting salary of £26,000 plus bonus, starting salary can be higher depending on experience and relevant attributes.
- All equipment supplied by the company.
- 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) plus all employees get their birthday off work.
- Contributions to motoring expenses.
- Company pension scheme.
This is a full time position and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate extremely high standards of photography.
Floor plan experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
DEA qualification is also advantageous but not essential.
