Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure new commercial property listings to expand the portfolio.

- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements related to commercial real estate transactions.

- Conduct property viewings and present opportunities that align with client needs and business objectives.

- Negotiate lease and sale agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve favourable terms.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market trends and development projects.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.

- Prepare detailed market analysis reports and sales proposals to support client decision-making.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listed properties effectively.

- Ensure compliance with all local real estate regulations and ethical standards.
