The Role

As Practice Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation, leading, inspiring, and driving success across all areas of the practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including rotas, compliance (CQC), payroll, recruitment, and appraisals
  • Manage reporting and performance tracking (Carestack and financial reports)
  • Lead and support team development, training, and progression
  • Identify and drive business growth opportunities, bringing innovative ideas to elevate performance
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes
  • Deliver exceptional patient experience and practice support
  • Act as a role model and leader, motivating and empowering the team to excel
