£54,000 to £60,000 per year + Bonus

Our flagship site Nottingham is Cosy Club's biggest and arguably the best. Spread across three floors,not only do we have impressive bar and restaurant areas but five private dining rooms.

This isn't the role for the faint-hearted but one for someone that has a genuine passion for hospitality and a drive to the best and grow as we do!


As one of our General Managers,you could earn in the region of circa £70,000 per year:

  • Base Salary:Up to £60,000 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc:Estimated between £6.5k - £10k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus:Up to £6k additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay:Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
