Restaurant Manager – Food Led Pub

Love great food, busy services, and being part of a pub that people genuinely want to spend time in? We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to help lead our friendly, food-led pub and keep the energy high on every shift.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys building strong teams, and takes real pride in delivering brilliant guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running the day-to-day restaurant operation and keeping service smooth from open to close
  • Leading from the floor and supporting the team during busy services
  • Creating a positive, motivated team culture where people enjoy coming to work
  • Delivering warm, memorable hospitality and building relationships with regulars and locals
  • Managing rotas, stock, standards, and general restaurant operations
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to make sure every guest has a great experience
  • Helping drive sales while keeping standards and quality consistently high

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience managing in a busy restaurant, pub, or hospitality venue
  • A natural people person who can lead a team with confidence and positivity
