Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall functioning of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and quality food production.
- Manage and motivate staff, providing guidance and training where necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and meet revenue goals.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise bartending staff to maintain high standards of beverage service.

Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, demonstrating expertise in food production, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and restaurant operations.
- Previous experience in bartending or cooking is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Experience in managing a restaurant within a hotel setting is desirable.
