Full job description

TVRS Tech Team LTD repair televisions on behalf of all major manufacturers, including Sony, Panasonic, LG and Samsung: and retailers throughout all of Scotland including Currys, Argos, John Lewis and Amazon.

We have a vacancy for an admin assistant. The successful applicant must be flexible as roles can and do change. Roles can include efficiently helping customer on the phone or by email; fault triage; accurately updating systems; job scheduling; and any other roles as required by the business. Training will be provided.

Skills and qualifications will include:

· Provide excellent customer service

· The ability to work well in a team

· Thorough attention to detail

· The ability to remain calm in stressful situations

· The ability to be open minded and change tasks quickly

· Computer literate and familiarity with Office software

· Excellent verbal communication skills

· A minimum education of National 5 or equivalent

You must be customer centric, have a positive attitude and be flexible, as the needs of the business and roles quickly change.

Experience in a similar role, job scheduling role or knowledge of sound and vision products could be an advantage.
