Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 9am-5pm
Salary: 12.76 per hour

We are currently looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team at St Helens Hall Care Home.

About The Role:
As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing enquiries from residents, families, and external professionals
  • Handling incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
  • Maintaining the reception area to a high standard
  • Supporting basic administrative duties
What are we looking for:
  • Friendly, approachable, and compassionate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using a telephone and basic computer systems
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
