Property Manager

Location: London & South East (Hybrid/Office-Based)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £65000–£120,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Mayfair Property Services is a growing property management and maintenance company dedicated to delivering exceptional service across residential and mixed-use developments. We pride ourselves on providing professional property management, responsive maintenance, and excellent customer care.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant, and managed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties.
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords, leaseholders, tenants, and contractors.
  • Arrange and oversee repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works.
  • Carry out routine property inspections and ensure high presentation standards.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met, including health and safety, fire safety, gas safety, electrical inspections, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure where required.
  • Instruct and supervise contractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
  • Resolve maintenance issues and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate property records and update internal management systems.
  • Prepare reports for landlords and management where required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in residential property management, block management, or estate management.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • ARLA, IRPM, or similar professional qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
