Location: London & South East (Hybrid/Office-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £65000–£120,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Mayfair Property Services is a growing property management and maintenance company dedicated to delivering exceptional service across residential and mixed-use developments. We pride ourselves on providing professional property management, responsive maintenance, and excellent customer care.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant, and managed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties.
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, leaseholders, tenants, and contractors.
- Arrange and oversee repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works.
- Carry out routine property inspections and ensure high presentation standards.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met, including health and safety, fire safety, gas safety, electrical inspections, and other regulatory obligations.
- Manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure where required.
- Instruct and supervise contractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Resolve maintenance issues and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate property records and update internal management systems.
- Prepare reports for landlords and management where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential property management, block management, or estate management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- ARLA, IRPM, or similar professional qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
