Role Overview

We're hiring after-school club instructors to deliver art in our partner primary schools.

You will be responsible for confidently leading sessions, managing group behaviour, and creating a positive and well-organised environment for children.

Instructors typically deliver 2 to 5 sessions per week, each lasting one hour (usually 3:30 - 4:30pm) during term time.

This role offers consistent term-time work within school settings and is well suited to those looking to continue developing their experience working with children while maintaining flexible hours.

Key Requirements (Essential)

  • 2+ years of experience working with children (teaching, coaching, or similar)
  • Strong communication and group management skills
  • Reliable weekly availability during term time
  • Professional approach to working in schools
  • Enhanced DBS (preferred)
