Job Title: Bridal Stylist / Consultant
Location: On-site (39 Connaught Street, London, W2 2AZ)
Hours: 3–5 days per week (7.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break). Must be flexible and able to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Salary: £25,800 - £28,800 per year (pro rata for agreed days)
Benefits: Monthly discretionary bonus, contributory pension, employee discount, and 28 days of annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata).

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and professional Bridal Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering excellent customer service, communicates effectively, and works well both independently and as part of the Bridal Rogue Gallery team. A proven history of excellent attendance, timekeeping, and fitness for work is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist brides in finding their perfect dress and accessories, providing a positive, friendly, and professional selling experience.
- Manage the diary, prioritize activities, and ensure smooth daily store operations.
- Maintain a positive attitude, high work ethic, and excellent standards for store presentation.
- Multi-task efficiently between booking appointments, conducting viewings, and following up with brides via phone, email, and social media.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience (high-end preferred) with a strong focus on customer service and results. (References required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships throughout the customer journey.
- Intermediate IT and administrative skills.
- Design and sewing skills are a bonus but not required.

Pay: £13.23-£14.76 per hour
