PEMFiT Lancaster is growing, and we are looking for a talented, engaging individual to join our team.

About the Role

As a PEMFiT Studio Assistant, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the studio while creating a warm, welcoming environment for every client.

This is a client-focused role where you will deliver 1:1 PEMFiT sessions, support clients throughout their wellness journey, and ensure every visit is a high-quality experience.

We are looking for someone who is naturally empathetic, a strong communicator, and passionate about helping others feel their best.

You will be joining a growing business, so adaptability, initiative, and a positive attitude are key. While knowledge of PEMF is beneficial, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional PEMFiT sessions to clients on a 1:1 basis
  • Monitoring client progress and making informed recommendations
  • Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive studio environment
  • Managing bookings, enquiries, and payments
  • Supporting studio operations, including opening/closing when required
  • Maintaining studio cleanliness and organisation in line with brand standards
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Identifying potential clients who may benefit from PEMFiT services
  • Working towards individual and team productivity targets
  • Attending training sessions and conferences when required

  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence using IT systems and booking software
  • Previous customer-facing experience (essential)
