Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Artworker to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will support the creation and preparation of artwork for print and digital media, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. This role would suit someone with previous studio experience who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced, creative environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of design assets for print and digital, including brochures, email campaigns, web assets, social media graphics, gallery POS, and advertisements
  • Prepare final artwork files for print or digital delivery, ensuring all specifications (bleeds, crop marks, resolution, etc.) are met.
  • Work closely with the senior designers and marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
  • Liaise with printers and other external suppliers to coordinate production, request quotes, and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Create and manage purchase orders where necessary to support artwork production and supplier coordination.
  • Retouch, resize, and format images for a range of platforms and specifications
  • Help manage asset libraries and maintain file organisation and version control
  • Stay updated on best practices in artwork production, design trends, and relevant software.

Skills & Experience

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Previous experience working within a creative studio, agency, or in-house design team
  • Experience producing and preparing artwork for print and digital applications
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (XD and Premiere Pro are a plus)
  • Good understanding of print production processes, including preparing artwork for print and liaising with printers and external suppliers
  • Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • A positive attitude and willingness to continue developing technical and creative skills
