  • Have experience working with SEMH, SEND, or challenging behaviour

  • Be confident adapting lessons to support varying abilities and needs

  • Build strong relationships with students through a calm, nurturing, and consistent approach

  • Be creative, resilient, and passionate about supporting vulnerable young people

  • Have excellent behaviour management and communication skills

The Role:

  • 4 days per week

  • Starting September

  • Paid to scale depending on experience

  • Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4

  • Working within a highly supportive and specialist team

  • Opportunity to make a genuine difference to young people’s lives and educational journeys

This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for someone looking to work within a therapeutic and relationship-focused setting where creativity is valued as a powerful tool for engagement and development.

Pink Tile Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, reference checks, and safer recruitment procedures in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.
