We are excited to be looking for an experienced, upbeat Cafe Manager to join the Teams at Daisy Green Collection.

WHO WE ARE

The Daisy Green Collection brings relaxed and buzzing Australian food, wine and coffee culture to London. Through individually designed cafes and restaurants, we create iconic spaces that become local destinations and meeting points for our surrounding residents, workers and visitors.

Over the last decade the business has grown organically to include an exciting mix of cafes, restaurants, secret underground gardens, canal boats and shipping containers. Each site is an adventure and a story carefully curated for its unique audience. The business is made up of 18 venues all within Zone 1, Central London and Richmond.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR GENERAL MANAGERS

  • As a Cafe General Manager coffee skills and latte art skills are a must
  • Focused on delivering fantastic customer service, channelling the warm & friendly Australian spirit
  • Sound knowledge of spirits and classic cocktail recipes
  • A can-do attitude, natural team player who is eager to support their peers
  • Flexible, reliable & punctual
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Able to present our menus and our business philosophy with customers & colleagues
  • Passionate about working with quality food ingredients, array of spirit brands & artisan coffee
  • Stock ordering and control inline with site targets and storage space.
  • A strong eye for detail. Delivering dishes with speed and consistency
  • Full of energy, desire to be the best and progress in our team
  • Full knowledge of Food safety
