At The Base, we’re bringing something fresh to Barnes—a modern bakery, café, and lounge where the day starts with care, craft, and flavour.

We’re looking for a talented Night Baker to join our team and support the production team.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Head Baker to develop and refine recipes
  • Manage your station with efficiency, cleanliness, and pride
  • Support the kitchen team with prep and organisation

  • Experience with sourdough and baguettes
