This new business-critical role will be responsible for leading, curating and creating luxury content across all digital touchpoints. • Oversee and actively produce digital content within the 360 calendar and social content planner, ensuring all outputs resonate with the audience, align with brand messaging and support seasonal, campaign and commercial priorities.
  • Translate brand strategy and creative concepts into clear visual frameworks, design and executional guidance.
  • Ensure in the day to day that all outputs meet brand standards for typography, layout, imagery, hierarchy and overall craft.
  • Create, adapt and optimise digital assets hands-on across Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant content tools, ensuring the design can move quickly from idea to execution.
  • Review content throughout the design process, guiding iterations and ensuring consistency across all digital platforms, regions and channels.
  • Liaise and collaborate with external agencies creating our Brand led campaigns ensuring roll out of content is in line with the intended purpose.
  • Drive and support the digital team in executing regional strategies across international markets and social platforms.
  • Lead, develop and implement a tone of voice framework to ensure our content across communications channels and in all consumer facing spaces is brand aligned and meaningful.
  • Stay closely attuned to global trends, cultural shifts and the arts, bringing fresh, relevant and elevated ideas into the brand’s digital content.

About You

The successful candidate will have

  • Proven experience in Design & Art Direction within luxury fashion, creative production, brand commerce or digital environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your concept development and visual execution across multiple formats.
  • Be highly organised, be able to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously, with natural communication skills to create and present digital campaigns to key stakeholders.
  • Confident hands-on creator with strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and digital design workflows, able to develop layouts, assets, edits and campaign content to a high standard.
  • Excellent skills in visual research, moodboarding and storytelling.
  • A strategic outlook for content, creating layers of engagement and driving resonance amongst our community.
  • A positive, proactive and collaborator who enjoys working within diverse teams.
