Job Title: Client Services Associate

Location: Norwich based head office, with the option for hybrid working after a thorough induction period.

Rewards & Benefits: £25,000 base salary per annum with on target/commission earnings of £35,000. About Us:

At Watsons Property Group Ltd, we are a leading Chartered Surveying firm working across the UK property market. Established since 1890, we continue to develop and grow our current geographical base and client portfolio.

We are seeking a Client Services Associate to be part of a team who co-ordinate activities in support of the Valuation & Survey Department, ensuring high standards of service, primarily dealing with inbound and outbound calls to members of the public as well as professional clients such as housing associations, solicitors, banks, panel lenders and accountants.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate within a team as front-line customer support to Watsons professional clients in booking survey and valuation appointments for our Chartered Valuation Surveyors based regionally around the UK.
  • Provide administrative support to the Surveyors through diary management and customer service.
  • To be able to schedule appointments for Surveyors in close geographical proximity to ensure that time and resources are maximised and travel costs and customer complaints are minimised.
  • Accurately maintain records and databases,working on systems such as Salesforce and SurveyHub.
  • Problem-solving a wide range of enquires, ensuring a consistent service to all clients and providing quotation and booking information, in turning increasing business opportunities.
  • To work to agreed targets through booking statistics and call figures.

Requirements:

  • To be able to deal with client enquiries and manage appointments on behalf of surveyors across a UK base.
  • Proven telesales experience and an ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Computer literate with an ability to use Word and Excel. You will be required to work on computer systems and speak with customers, which requires an ability to multi-task and be adept with technology.
  • A previous knowledge of Salesforce would be preferable as well as an understanding of bank panel management and/or valuation and surveying practices. However, full training will be provided.
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, experience in a customer-facing role, excellent problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient with computer applications and customer service software.
