Junior Marketing Assistant (Sales)

Full-Time | Immediate Start
(Please note: this is an in-person role — applicants must be able to commute to our office in Colchester daily. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept Tier 4 visas.)

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our growing sales team, representing our client and helping bring their products and services to new customers where they live, shop, and work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Representing our client’s brand with confidence and enthusiasm across a variety of in-person settings — from trade shows, to sporting events, shopping centres to events and workplaces.
• Engaging with potential customers, having genuine conversations, and helping them find the right products or services for their needs.
• Learning proven marketing and sales techniques including building rapport, handling objections, and closing sales effectively.
• Taking part in regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and skills workshops to support your ongoing development.
• Working toward individual and team goals while maintaining a positive, professional attitude — even when faced with rejection (resilience is key!).
