Description:

The Role

Envirochem is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Asbestos Surveyor. This role involves undertaking building surveys, collecting asbestos samples, and producing detailed reports to support our clients in managing asbestos risks effectively. You will also communicate professionally with both internal staff and external clients to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a professional approach. The successful candidate should have a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The role requires a full UK driving licence due to its site-based nature. Experience in asbestos surveying is not essential as full training will be provided to develop the skills required for the role, but prior qualifications such as the BOHS P402 will be highly regarded.

Why Join Envirochem?

Envirochem is a well-established UKAS-accredited environmental consultancy with over 30 years of experience in asbestos consultancy and testing. We deliver trusted services across various sectors, including health, education, local authorities, and construction.

By joining Envirochem, you’ll become part of a team dedicated to excellence and innovation. We offer:

  • A competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Full training, with opportunities to gain recognised qualifications in asbestos management and surveying.
  • A supportive and professional environment that values continuous development.

How to Apply

If you believe you are well-matched for this opportunity, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your CV and a covering letter to office@envirochem.co.uk.
