Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced rip out operative and driver, to work on a social housing void contract in and around Wolverhampton

You must have experience working in the fast paced social housing sector. The works entail delivering materials to site and the removal of existing kitchen or a bathroom, including but not limited to taking tiles off, removal of wall paper, Non Asbestos floors and the kitchen units or Bathroom sanitary ware.

There will be rubbish collection also which will then be taken to a central skip compound.

Candidates must have a valid CSCS Card.

Valid driving licence

Job Type: Full-time

  • Monday to Friday

  • Driving: 5 years (preferred)
