Full job description

M&D Group Midlands Ltd are now recruiting for experienced Asbestos Removal Operatives to join our growing environmental team.

  • To carry out asbestos removal works on a variety of projects including commercial and residential buildings
  • To ensure all works carried out are in accordance with RAMS
  • To work in accordance with regulatory requirements and M&D Group Midlands Ltd policies and procedures
  • The successful applicant will be aged 21 or over, prepared to do occasional weekends as required by the work schedule.

Key Skills/Qualifications required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Asbestos Removal Operative
  • To hold and provide at interview the following in date certification/ accreditation's:
  • Licensed Asbestos removal training certificate
  • Asbestos Medical certificate
  • RPE Face Fit certificates
  • CSCS card
  • Knowledge of general Health & Safety and Asbestos regulations
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst remaining calm and professional under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
