At Asbestos Compliance Solutions, we are a small but dynamic team dedicated to providing tailored asbestos management services. Our expertise spans asbestos surveys, the creation and management of asbestos registers, non-licensed asbestos removal, and consultancy. As our business continues to expand, you'll have the chance to work on diverse projects across sectors including commercial, retail, office, medical, and residential.
Your Role:
As an Asbestos Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be conducting asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 guidelines for our national clients. You will also be involved in supporting the procurement, management, and assurance of asbestos workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed asbestos surveys in line with HSG264.
- Providing clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver high-quality service.
- Utilizing Microsoft Word and other applications for reporting and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A seasoned asbestos professional with significant industry experience.
- Qualifications: Must hold a P402 certificate.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and similar applications.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the UK.
- Driving License: A full UK driving license is required.
