.We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join our growing team operating across Devon and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in licensed asbestos removal to take on a key leadership role within a reputable and safety-focused company.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising asbestos removal projects from start to completion.
• Managing site teams and ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with current regulations.
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
• Liaising with clients, project managers, analysts, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring all documentation, records, and site paperwork are completed accurately.
• Delivering toolbox talks and supporting the ongoing development of operatives.
• Monitoring project progress and resolving site issues as they arise.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as an Asbestos Removal Supervisor.
• Current Supervisor Training Certificate.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and asbestos removal procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Desirable Qualifications

• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Face Fit Certification.
• Additional health and safety qualifications.
