Full job description

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint Asbestos Removal Operatives in the Leeds and Sheffield area.

Salary: Starting from £120 per day, plus the following allowances:

  • £10 for working on a Bank Holiday
  • £10 for working away
  • £10 per night for working on nights
  • £40 per day for working on a weekend

An Asbestos Removal Operative is required to conduct site set up and safe abatement of asbestos containing materials according to the method statement and scope of works.

Operatives may be asked to work on Rhodar sites nationwide that will include working away from home. They will also be required to work various shift patterns including weekends and night shifts.

Person Specification:

  • Asbestos Removal Experience
  • Friendly, calm and professional manner.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Physically fit.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Full driving licence.
