We are excited to announce that as a result of the continued success of our teams nationally, we are currently recruiting for qualified Asbestos Surveyors and Analysts to join our team in Maidstone, Kent.
Due to our continued growth and national client portfolio of partners, Bradley Environmental Consultants are looking for enthusiastic and loyal individuals to join our Technical Team to carry out site working on behalf of our regional offices.

Roles and Responsibilities
- In accordance with HSG 264: The Survey Guide, carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys for a range of clients to a variety of building types
- Reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys (undertaken by both BECL and other Consultancies)
- Air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projects
- Supervision of Asbestos removal projects
- Professional representation of Bradley Environmental Consultants to our clients, providing both specialist advice and consultancy services
Person Specification
The candidate(s) will hold as a minimum BOHS P402 (or equivalent) or BOHS P403 and P404 (or equivalent) and possess the following attributes:
- Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HSG: 248 & HSG:264
- Excellent communication, client liaison and report writing skills with a keen focus on attention to detail
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Have an excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to asbestos related works
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Full driving licence
- IT literate (experience of TEAMs would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given)

- Competitive salary between £29,577.60 and £42,286.40 per annum dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications (London weightings are determined by post code)

Bradley Environmental Consultants will pay a joining fee of £4,000.00 to qualified* candidates who apply directly to the company, are offered a position and who commence employment for a minimum period of 12 months’ continuous service.
