We are looking for experienced and professional Asbestos Removal Supervisor/s to join our growing team and able to work within London and the Southeast Regions.

We are offering a competitive salary for an experienced asbestos supervisor to join a trusted, well-established family run business with a combined experience in the industry stretching over 60 years.

Are you a team leader with a strong background in asbestos removal who can supervise and motivate your team, ensuring that works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard to deliver projects successfully. Responsibilities

• Supervising of asbestos removal operatives on site
• To oversee site setup and safe systems of work
• Undertake and complete site checks and maintain high standards of Health and Safety
• Monitoring standards and quality of work on site and ensuring this is maintained
• Accurate completion site paperwork and the upkeep of accurate records using Assure 360
• Ensuring all works are completed inline with scope and deadlines
• Hiring and Off hiring of Equipment
• Maintaining strong lines of communication with Contracts Manager and clients
• Auditing completed works and highlighting any issues that need addressing
• Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Abel to manage own workload

Qualifications & Requirements

• All relevant asbestos removal and supervisory Certificates
• CSCS
• Previous Asbestos removal supervisor experience
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to solve issues at site level
• Great Communication skills, liaising with contracts managers, site managers, clients, tenants
• Proven experience of managing teams and key client contracts
• A strong comprehensive knowledge of health & safety procedures and asbestos regulations
• A team player with a can do attitude, can work under their own initiative
• A Professional attitude
