Asbestos Worker Duties

• Inspect, maintain and repair asbestos-containing materials
• Remove asbestos in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Mentor in experienced operatives on asbestos-related issues

Asbestos Worker Requirements

• Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
• Knowledge of asbestos safety procedures
• Able to wear protective clothing
• Able to work at heights
• Able to work in confined spaces
• Good communication skills
• CSCS Skilled worker card
• HSE medical
• In date Asbestos training & Face fits (Full & Half mask)

Asbestos Worker Skills

• Proficient in safety procedures
• Knowledge of asbestos removal techniques
• Ability to work with hazardous materials

Good rates of pay for the successful applicant depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £17.50-£22.30 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Experience:

• Skilled Asbestos removal: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Asbestos licence/certification (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
