We are recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturing client who is looking to add a reliable, experienced Assembly Operative to their production team. This role would suit someone with assembly / production experience who can demonstrate commitment and longevity in previous positions.

This is a hands-on, varied role for a practical individual who takes pride in their work and values consistency, teamwork, and quality.

Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of company products in line with manufacturing instructions
• Use of hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for despatch
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe production environment
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting component shortages

Assembly Operative What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience within an assembly, production, or warehouse environment
• A proven track record of stability and longevity in previous roles
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• A reliable, consistent, and dependable approach to work
• Positive team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
