  • Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team

  • Communicate effectively with the owners and provide regular operational updates

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate must:

  • Have previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Have a full valid UK driving licence and be able to drive
  • Be confident leading and managing a team
  • Be organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Be reliable, punctual and professional
  • Be comfortable dealing with staff performance and operational issues
  • Understand food hygiene and health & safety requirements
  • Be willing to work hands-on alongside the team
  • Be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends when required

Experience in a fast-casual, quick-service, takeaway or high-volume restaurant environment would be an advantage.

Benefits

  • From £15.50 per hour
  • 28 days' holiday per year
  • Food provided on-site while working
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Established restaurant and team
  • Support from the owners
  • Genuine responsibility for the day-to-day operation
  • Opportunity to develop and grow with Yippon

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for more than someone who can simply supervise a shift.

We want a Restaurant Manager who will take ownership of the restaurant, lead by example and maintain high standards throughout the operation.

You'll be proactive, organised and confident making decisions. You should be someone who notices what needs to be done and takes action rather than waiting to be asked.

If you're an experienced hospitality manager who enjoys working in a busy environment and wants to take responsibility for an established Glasgow restaurant, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply through Indeed with your CV and details of your previous restaurant or hospitality management experience.
